Payment & Insurance

I am in-network with Cigna, First Choice Health, and some Kaiser insurance plans. I bill insurance directly for these plans.  I am out-of-network for other insurance providers and am happy to help with claims submission. Payment can be made  by check or electronically via ACH, credit card or health saving account card.  Insurance receipts will be provided to clients who wish to submit claims themselves for out-of-network reimbursement.  Please inquire with your insurance carrier about your out-of-network benefits so that you will know what to expect upon submission of insurance claims.
