Payment & Insurance

I am in-network with Cigna, First Choice Health, and some Kaiser insurance plans. I bill insurance directly for these plans.  I am out-of-network for other insurance providers. Payment is due at the time of service and can be paid by check or electronically via credit card or health saving account card.  Insurance receipts will be provided to clients who wish to submit claims for out-of-network insurance reimbursement.  Please inquire with your insurance carrier about your out-of-network benefits so that you will know what to expect upon submission of insurance claims.
